Palm trees line Moorabool Street (the main street of Geelong's CBD) giving a warm, beachy feel to the inner city.  And why not.  Geelong has everything you want at any time of year with major shopping centres, stacks of beaches including Eastern Beach, a state of the art sports stadium and top theatres and shows.  It's time to get around in t-shirts and dine alfresco by the beach but
